The redesigned dashboard Getting Started section, built as Concept A — next-step spotlight from DESIGN.md: one hero action at a time with a progress ring, six data-grounded steps, collapse-not-dismiss, auto-retire on completion. It renders inside a faithful copy of the real Financial Overview page (the "My Financial Overview" title, two-column main + sidebar layout, real sidebar/top-bar chrome).

Connecting the bank runs the real importing (analysing) state first, then the sort step appears; every other step advances straight away. The whole page reacts as you go (accounts appear, Action Needed changes, cashflow/goals/spend fill in).
